The breakfast had many choices like eggs, sausages, vegetables, and fruits. I was happy! dinner was also fantastic with three kinds of meat, lamb, chicken, and pork. rice, potatoes, soup, and many vegetables were available. the hotel is near a family beach accessible by taxi.
the safe in my room did not work. It was quite inconvenient. also, i found that the club lounge was closed due to ramadan. this limited some of the services i expected.

the reception staff was very cute and professional. one staff member, mr mustafa, was particularly nice and efficient with all customers. his excellent service was appreciated.

Kim provided great check-in service, which I appreciated after a long flight.
The loud music at night made sleep difficult, and the non-smoking room still had a noticeable smoke smell. This. It was annoying to deal with noise and lingering odors when I booked a specific room type. I hope they improve soundproofing and enforce their smoking policies more strictly in the future.

The hotel is at the heart of the city center. the staff were very kind. Amjad gave great insights about city's regulations. the atmosphere in the hotel felt nice with a cozy swimming pool. i enjoyed the rooftop.
The room was old and in bad shape. The bath was almost hazardous. the light in the wardrobe was unable to be turned off. the toilet wasn't working for several hours. Some lights in the room were unable to be turned on

a lovely stay downtown

I loved the housekeeping staff, layak, rahul yadv and sanjay singh made sure my room sparkled. the central location was so nice for seeing everything. the breakfast had many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit and vegetables.
The music from the lobby continued into the night. Sleep was a little disrupted.

The rooftop pool offers a lovely area with many loungers and shaded sections. a fitness center is available. It features three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
