The location worked very well because of the metro access. I could easily reach destinations around the city. i also appreciated the overall value, considering the amenities and location. the staff was attentive. they addressed my queries quickly.
i noticed some chipped areas in the bathroom, which could use some attention. the poor sealing in the shower constantly leaked water.

The hotel features a pool on the 35th floor. there is also an on-site spa named azzurro spa. The gym provided great views. ahlan cafe in the lobby serves starbucks coffee.

poor sealingburning plastic
the bathroom had some chips, and the shower sealing was poor. water leaked constantly. there was also a problem with water drainage in both the shower and the toilet. the air conditioner made a loud bang and smelled of burning plastic. it took an hour to offer relocation after attempts to fix it.

the cute and friendly staff were always happy to help out with any query i had. thanks to mario, friday, and from the concierge department mohemad, ubaid, and another helpful gentleman i cannot remember his name. i had a pleasant and easy stay. (they always greeted me with a smile!)
i was spending 5-10 min waiting for someone to open the gate to enter the basement, and there was no one to help on the door at the basement. i was very disappointed i was parking my car by myself because the valet parking agent was never there at night.
