The location IS great, with convenient access to the best mall. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a REALLY nice pool and a kids area. I found the service to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I found that some of the prices were a little high.

The gym features several machines including treadmills and weights up to 50kg. There is a large pool area with 20 loungers and also a shaded section. The hotel connects directly to a shopping center via the basement.

My suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which I found very convenient. The room had a spacious layout. The suite had great skyline views from every window and a premium set of amenities.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices, with seating available both inside and outside. The restaurant features an beautiful atmosphere. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was very helpful with custom requests at Dai Pai Dong. Deepika and Averina were both very helpful. The staff were very attentive and always addressed my concerns PROMPTLY.

Inconsistent Service Experience

The Manor Club access was a letdown. The breakfast selection was noticeably worse than the main restaurant (what was I even paying extra for?). A request for a quiet room turned out to be a joke. I got a room right above the pool bar. The noise lasted the entire three nights. It seems my idea of tranquility differs greatly from theirs.

The staff was accommodating. Lovely surprises looked in the room during the holiday! The pastry shop downstairs was a sweet treat. I loved having access to the Galleria Mall and the Cleveland Clinic. It was so convenient.
