the beach was gorgeous with fine, white sand. the waves were calm . i walked to the pool bar and around the public pool areas. i dined at the italian restaurant and received a warm welcome. estheer gave me a tour. i watched the sunset at the lobby cafe while attendants served refreshments. dinner buffet had a good live cooking station and savory fried noodles. ohnmar, the waitress, was accommodating and helpful.

the reception staff seemed a bit slow. they did not hurry, even when they knew that i had children with me.

Reception staff seemed slow. they didn't hurry, even knowing we had small kids and also the water wasn't free as we were not aware. It is absurd..

The room was a Garden Terrace King Room. It was beautiful!!! The breakfast buffet was amazing. It catered to various dietary needs. The staff moved our pool brolly to keep us in shade. It was very thoughtful.

The large rug in my room was a slight trip hazard.
