the staff was really friendly! amro took extra care to book a jet ski sunset experience for me. it was so nice!!! also, wasim at the front desk was helpful with my needs.

i was told some restaurants were included at check-in, but the hotel tried to charge me for them. the air conditioning in my room was really loud. it also had an unpleasant smell.

The staff was very professional. They was always cute. There was a great deal of choice at every meal. Winne at Flavours was very kind and helpful. She always stopped to ask if we had everything we needed.

The location is near the corniche and provides access to great views. The hotel advertise incorrectly. It sayed it was a beach resort, but its really a lagoon with small beach cabanas. There are better options nearby.

The room I had was quite dark , even during the day. A small window limited natural light. The balcony was so small , I could not place a chair there to sit and enjoy the sun. Also , the pool mosaics were missing and I consistently saw ants on the pool bar going to drinks.

A Romantic Escape

The resort boasts a private beach. This added to the relaxing atmosphere. The room I had included modern decor and felt very clean. Every staff member I met seemed cute, from the front desk to the restaurant team.. Mr Rajiv and his team offered excellent service.

I was disappointed by the air conditioning. it was loud, and sleeping with that noise was difficult. also, we experienced a false fire alarm. The alarm itself was very quiet, which concerns me because someone with a good sleep would not hear it if there was a real fire. apply, twice.
