mixed feelings about the stay.

rollaway bed missing towels

The front desk staff were polite. It was a plus.

i booked an apartment that was supposed to have a double bed and a single bed. upon arrival at 2am, i discovered only a double bed was available, then i had to wait for them to add a rollaway bed. the room only had two towels even though we booked for three people.

helpful staff free upgrade great location uneven carpets smoke smell toilet leak

i found the staff helped me locate parking , they were so helpful. when i extended my stay , i got an upgraded room at no extra charge , how good is that? i think the location is great and it helped me get around with ease.

the carpets on the floors didn't look very flat , they didn't appear in great shape , to be honest. my first room smelled of smoke , which i didn't appreciate , so i asked to change it. the toilet in my second room leaked overnight , so the bathroom flooded

incorrect room type inadequate towels

the reception team handled check-in efficiently and was generally helpful.

i booked a room titled 'apartment with double and single'. however, the room only contained a single bed, though i paid extra for the single bed (this was not acceptable). the room was supposed to accommodate three adults, yet there were only two towels provided.
