inconsistent experience at this hotel

poor training disorganized breakfast

the service at the front desk was inconsistent. some staff seemed unmotivated and poorly trained regarding issuing room keys. also, the breakfast service felt disorganized. those who were loudest or rudest were served first, while i was told to wait, a disappointing experience

unclean pool area strong smell

The pool area was not clean. i noticed the kids pool had turned brown. it looked like it needed cleaning. there was also a strong smell from the kitchen. It drifted into the pool area. the lobby also smelled like floor cleaning products, it was unpleasant.

modern equipment satisfying workout excellent service

I felt welcomed by clean facilities. the hotel rooms included immaculate spaces with comfortable beds. A well-equipped gym included treadmills and weight machines for my use. i found the dining area clean. Staff gave amazing service and the food was high quality.
