the breakfast was okay. LOTS of food varieties i guess.

I had high expectations, but i was a little disappointed. The reservations team was great at answering questions, but check-in was chaotic, and i didn't get a welcome drink. The butler service was not as described. It felt more like glorified room service and not a personal butler anticipating my needs. The room was not cleaned by 4 pm for the first two days.

the breakfast buffet offered many options, including several healthy choices. the poolside snacks were quite good. i found the temperature outside to be perfect during the breakfast setting in april.

check-in was busy when i arrived at 2:30 p.m. there was a noticeable lack of staff attention, and many people waited for their rooms. i was sent for coffee and told the room would be ready in 30 minutes, but no one came to get me, so i returned.
