i found the staff very cooperative and always ready to assist. valet parking was available and very convenient. i used the indoor olympic size pool, and it was heated and fantastic. bedding was very comfortable.

i noticed the mini bar was empty, and other amenities needed refilling. bathroom appliances looked a little rusted, and some didn't seem to work properly. the hotel itself is great to walk around in and looks beautiful, though.

The breakfast included a good spread. I found many choices to my liking.

The promised tour of the grounds never happened. I waited, but staff failed to deliver. i booked a spa treatment at the valmont spa, it was not specified that there was another spa location on site, and i was booked at the other spa location. This resulted in frustration. also, the shower room was not good, water leaked out onto the floor.
