really good desert escape
free camel riding beautiful playground
the camel riding was available at 4.30 pm daily and it was free. the hotel includes a beautiful playground, it features a zipline (my son loved it!).

I found the breakfast beautiful with many selections. The pool was peaceful and had attentive service. Restaurants had great offerings. Rooms were well appointed with refined touches.
The prices seemed exaggerated compared to what the facilities offered.

The breakfast service was excellent. The hotel offers beautiful desert views. The spa proved great and had various treatments available.
The staff wasn't consistently helpful and seemed to treat customers differently which was quite disappointing

i found my room provided ample relaxation with a good garden view. the staff were very helpful and consistently aimed to. the chief personally served us a wonderful meal, showing great kindness. food and service were both top-tier.
the pan asian restaurant experience was quite disappointing.

i stayed in a terrace desert view king room. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i appreciated this feature (it's so convenient!).
The prices have increased a lot recently. I've noticed this change.

Reasonable Stay at Desert Resort
arabic architecture spacious rooms culinary expertise poor service crowded hotel limited access
I liked that the hotel offered a magnificent setting. it blended traditional arabic architecture with contemporary luxury. the rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. The facilities are perfect. chef ahmed ibrahim and his team demonstrated genuine culinary expertise in the restaurants.
The quality of service deteriorated. we had to wait about an hour to check the spa facilities. we were informed the spa area is 16+, even though we have a 9yo daughter. the hotel WAS crowded. For coffee at breakfast we had to ask multiple times.
