I really appreciate the convenient access to hundreds of shops since the hotel is directly connected to a large mall. housekeeping was really good. Mohan ensured my room was impeccably clean every day. i also found taxis plentiful at the mall entrance, and the hotel's valet service was always quick.
sometimes the communication from some staff was not clear, and i had a few minor misunderstandings.

the hotel offers direct access to a major shopping center, so reaching hundreds of shops is very easy. the metro station is also accessible from inside the mall. this makes traveling around the area simple.

The location is very convenient for exploring. i found it easy to access the adjacent mall for shopping and dining options. It was great. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the service was attentive.
the room i initially got had a less than ideal view. it was resolved when i asked for a different room but delayed the pleasure of my stay.
