Mimi's Pool Club is super fun! I love the music there and the drinks are very good. The pool looks super clear, a perfect spot for chilling with my friends. The staff is attentive, very important.
The room dont look like a 5-star, if I be honest. Sometimes, the bathroom smell bad, ugh! I also can hear everything, the soundproofing is very bad. The housekeeping forgot about my water for three days, thats crazy! They also didnt clean my trash cans.

the gym had great equipment. i liked the treadmills and the weight machines. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the check-in took longer than expected. i waited for almost an hour. the minibar wasn't regularly restocked (it was annoying).

the staff was super professional and helpful. safaa at the front desk was particularly cute, i found her communication was clear. i was given a room on a high floor and i had lovely views.
The hallway to the rooms wasn't air-conditioned. The transition from cold to open air was uncomfortable.

The room had a private jacuzzi, great. the housekeeping team did a nice birthday setup on my bed. This added a personal touch to my stay. the room was literally shining.

the reception services were very attentive when i arrived with purchases. the manager assisted with details, for example a valentine's day surprise for my wife. the hotel also offers 24-hour concierge service on whatsapp, really efficient.
