The staff was helpful. My room had two complimentary bottles of water daily. The location's proximity to the metro simplified travel around the area.

i stayed in a beautiful king room for four nights. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the gym only had two working treadmills.

rude lifeguard bad breakfast
The pool lifeguard was pretty rude. he seemed to enjoy scolding guests, even for minor things like adjusting sunbeds. this. I reminded me of i was being watched constantly, and not in a helpful way. it was frustrating! the breakfast wasn't good, either. the taste was really bad.

mixed experience with some notable issues

limited options slow elevator
The breakfast buffet was a real letdown. The options seemed limited, and it felt more like a cafeteria than a proper hotel restaurant. The noise levels were high. i found myself searching for a quiet corner. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! also, the elevators were slow. It took a frustratingly long time to get from my room to the lobby or pool area.
