The pool has a fantastic view. The service was efficient and prompt, so I appreciated that. The location near the mall proved convenient. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby attractions.
My room lacked proper sound insulation. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, not ideal. The gym was quite small. It only had a few machines, so it felt cramped during peak hours.

I found the housekeeping service very thorough. Narendhar and Imran were particularly polite, also they provided prompt assistance when needed. The room was constantly serviced. It was maintained at a high standard throughout my stay. I appreciated the attention to detail in.

The restaurant had delicious food, Gerly and Mohan provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs, also they made our meal nice. The overall quality was admirable. I found the variety of options excellent.

The hotel offered facilities such as a gym, a pool, and various restaurants. The pool bar team created nice moments. Joseph, Kehinde, and Hassan were very nice people. Their presence was appreciated and the pool area maintained at high standards.
