amazing experience
prime position convenient access helpful staff
i appreciated the hotel's prime position at the marina. the location offered convenient access to the marina mall. the hotel staff were very helpful, particularly meryem from reception. she was cute and always addressed my questions patiently, which i appreciated.
the washroom door was quite heavy to open and close. this was inconvenient, especially in the morning. i also expected basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, not provided.

i must say the staff really elevated my stay , especially kibria , shenny and shanna , who i enjoyed seeing every morning for breakfast. the breakfast buffet was the best i have ever experienced! its location made exploring the area very easy.
the level 17 lobby had a noticeable odor , like cleaning products were used to mask something else. it wasn't overwhelming , but it was present.

the staff were friendly. joie ensured all requests were handled quickly. mr ajo from the f&b team made dining smooth. the rooms were modern and very clean, i thought.
the bathroom bin lacked a bag, i saw.

superb breakfast thai restaurant central location window room heavy door expected balcony
the breakfast buffet service was superb. the thai restaurant also delivered very good food. the location is right in the middle of the marina, very central.
I got a room with only a window. i expected a balcony due to the value i paid. the washroom door was uncomfortable to open. It felt too heavy.
