Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

dirty mirror extreme noise
The hotel's location is close to the airport. This was convenient for my travel plans.
The room cleanliness was not up to par. I found a dirty mirror. what looked to be used toiletries were left out. Road noise was also quite loud I had difficulty sleeping.

delayed refund mildew smell
my experience wasn't stellar. they charged a deposit i paid in cash, but refunding it became a whole ordeal! i'm still waiting for the refund to hit my card almost a week later. it's annoying having to constantly ask for what's rightfully mine. also, the room smelled like mildew, not the fresh scent i was expecting.

large room comfortable bed complimentary shuttle
the room was large and included two separate sinks in the bathroom. the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the beach.
i found the tv's indicator light very annoying at night. it was difficult to sleep with it on.

a decent stay overall

clean room friendly receptionist good location narrow entrance old bed low pressure
The room was very clean. the receptionist seemed friendly and helpful. i found the location good for a quick business trip. It's near the airport and malls.
The car park entrance is very narrow. i noticed the bed cover smelled old. Washing it might not help. the hot water took about ten minutes to arrive in the pipes, unfortunately, water pressure was low, and the wc shafat was broken.
