racist staff broken air conditioning
The pool looked clean. I spent some time near the pool bar.
I did not enjoy my stay as much as I hoped. The air conditioning did not work well, bathrooms were kinda gross.

a calm stay
delicious breakfast really good service easy access
this hotel is a beautiful oasis. the staff provided really good service and were very attentive. i found the food to be delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with its many choices. the hotel's location made seeing the city's attractions easy.

mixed feelings about this stay
poor english forgotten order
The restaurant staff exhibited poor english skills. they seemed to prioritize speaking in hindi among themselves. our tea order was also forgotten. the car i booked for pickup never arrived. I had to resort to using uber.

Underwhelming Stay , Overrated Hotel
poor insulation basic buffet
The noise insulation was atrocious , I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. Every door slam echoed. Also , the breakfast buffet was quite basic . The food seemed to lack flavor.
