decent hotel, but not really good

characterful space great buffet winding road misleading photos

the hotel boasts beautiful common spaces with character. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items. i also found two boutiques on site. these boutiques had last-minute shopping options, including tailormade pyjamas.

the hotel location requires driving through narrow winding roads. it made me uncertain about the route. the room i got did not match the photos on the website.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the watermelon juice and poha. The restaurant proved excellent. I ended up eating there every night. The check-in area had hand-painted artwork, including a humorous tiger.

The hotel has a great central location, i found the receptionists to be unhelpful.

the staff was attentive, always ready to help with a smile. the courtyard design created a peaceful atmosphere. i enjoyed exploring the rooftop terrace, it provided great views. the architecture showcased historical details, it was amazing.

the gym equipment could use some updating.

We found peace. Our room included a raised day bed and a dressing area. The grounds and swimming pool were very well maintained. My husband loved all the bar areas because these spaces are perfect to unwind and recap on the day.

the hotel gardens looked beautiful and well-kept. i found the hotel driver, mr singh, very professional and knowledgeable (he really went the extra mile).
