The location offered direct access to a nearby mall, convenient.
The air conditioning emitted a strong, unpleasant odor. Staff attempted to mask it with another scent. This made the headaches worse and disturbed my sleep. The issue was never resolved effectively.

the location is unbeatable with direct access to dubai mall it made shopping super easy the breakfast was excellent hannah and the staff at the pool were always ready to help i really appreciated their attentiveness. the room was always clean and quiet , made it easy to relax after a busy day. the staff were so friendly and cute.
the room had some issues with temperature control it was often too cold despite my adjustments i found it quite difficult to get comfortable during the night this could definitely be improved.
