A Decent Hotel with a Great Location

The hotel is in an convenient location! The Barjuman metro is only a two-minute walk away. A Carrefour and a mall are one minute away, great. There are plenty of dining options available in the mall food court and the surrounding area.
The swimming pool is quite small for a hotel of this size. I observed very few seating areas around the pool. The windows surrounding the roof were not clean, detracting from the view.

The hotel is close to a mall. This makes shopping convenient. the staff was very helpful (especially sithik). the rooms contained everything i needed.
the pool area felt enclosed. the bathroom towels seemed old and threadbare. (it could use a refresh)

Excellent Hotel near Burjuman Metro

Ms. Achara at reception was friendly and helpful. She assisted with getting a taxi to the nearest hospital after I felt unwell. The hotel provided drinking water throughout my stay and also changed my room to one that was much quieter.
Sound isolation could be improved. I could hear traffic noise clearly even with the window closed! though the parking was expensive.

The room included a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. A work desk was available with an ergonomic chair, allowing me to comfortably use my laptop. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and clean towels.

The front desk staff were professional and quick during check-in. I also appreciated the bell boy assisting with luggage transport to my room. This made the process quick. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was clean.

The room was sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller I had a Beautiful King Room. The tower is perfect location near a metro station and a mall. All amenities a traveller needs are nearby I found many restaurants and shops.
The television was not working correctly that was frustrating. There were also times when towels were not readily available. I had to wait for them or call to request them I hope they will manage it more.

I found the location excellent. It provided easy access to the metro lines. The front office team, including Mr Ahmed, was very helpful. I also appreciated the ease of access to other areas.

The room was modern plus spotlessly clean. Housekeeping maintained the high standard throughout my stay. Mizan from room service stood out he was attentive and friendly and made sure all my requests were handled promptly. His professionalism boosted the whole experience. I want to say many thanks to the team of this hotel!
The swimming pool is really small I've never seen such a tiny swimming pool in a hotel.
