The rooftop pool was amazing, the views of the city were great. i enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the gold souq metro station. It made getting around really easy. there were also many local shops and cafes nearby. It was fun to explore them.
i found the customer service to be quite slow, i felt they weren't bothered when i asked for something. the staff did not assist me well enough, i asked for a cup to make tea and it took forever! i asked 3 staff members, the reception lady helped me when i didnt know what to do.

The location is super convenient. It's right by a metro station. I also found lots of nice restaurants nearby. The cleanliness was perfect. Staff interactions were generally POSITIVE!!!

Uneven experience. Location not GREAT.
inconvenient location
The location was not ideal. It made getting around more difficult. The room seemed somewhat outdated. The bathroom door did NOT close properly. I requested the couch be prepared for my child prior to arrival. This request was not fulfilled. We had to ask again later. The overall experience was disappointing.

staff provided early check in when the room became available. the sports lounge broadcasted live football on a big screen. shuttle services were available and free. the reception staffs were professional, and helpful. i certainly choose this hotel for future visits.
during my stay, complimentary water bottles weren't automatically restocked. this required me ask each time. it's just a minor thing, but a little more attention to those details would improve things.

The breakfast had many options. It made for a good start to the day. Preeti at reception allowed an early check-in. This was very helpful after a long flight.
Most of the buffet lunch and dinner contained frozen food. I found the same bland dishes every day. The restaurant seemed to lack quality.
