i adored our canal view superior room. it featured comfortable furniture and fresh decor. the staff were so friendly, and they upgraded our room. i loved having a coffee machine in the room for a morning treat.
a stocked minibar was absent, and i was disappointed. the in-room entertainment was not great, with only basic channels. i feel that a better selection of options would enhance the stay.

I appreciated the location near attractions like the mall. THE room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The comfortable bed was also cleaned daily. It was great. I found the staff cooperative, and their kindness impressed me.
I noticed no complimentary bottled water. that is basic for hotels in this city.

My standard room included a work desk with an ergonomic chair. The room provided individual climate control. There was also a cable tv with international channels available, AND i loved it.

The fitness center is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. I saw that the outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers and umbrellas. There IS also a spa offering massages and treatments.

The breakfast buffet offered several choices, including hot and cold dishes. I noted there were fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals available. There IS a restaurant which served international cuisine for lunch and dinner.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety each morning. the 777 club was a great space with games. i found it a relaxed vibe, ideal for unwinding after work. the front office staff were efficient. They were always ready to help.
hot water took a long time to come through the taps in my room. water drained away very slowly from the shower. the windows were also very dirty.

i HAD an upgraded room, a lovely suite. breakfast was good with plenty of options. the staff were very friendly indeed. THE cleaning was superb.
the wifi did not allow whatsapp calls. i found the laundry service quite slow. my clothes arrived VERY late, and without folding as requested.
