the room was super clean and super tidy. it featured a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. the hotel is perfect for a long stay with family. raj always made sure my room was sparkling clean every day, i appreciated it.
the room phones don't work, it was really frustrating. it people couldn't fix it while i was there. the water pressure in the bath was terrible!

The apartment includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I loved it. the room has a small refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, really useful. complimentary tea and coffee are available daily in the room. That was great!

The breakfast buffet features both hot and cold options with international choices. fresh fruit juices and a variety of pastries are available. That was perfect to start the day. the on-site restaurant offers a children's menu and high chairs.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so convenient. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section! i spent a lot of time there. a separate children's pool is also available, very safe.

The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall. Very easy for shopping. the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach. That was amazing. several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, very handy.

the apartment was super clean, and the view were excellent. the housekeeping team are very good, and special shout out goes to raj and akshay from housekeeping for making the stay more comfortable. location is nice to reach the attraction easily, which i really appreciate.
the front desk did not answer the phone at all.

The gym facilities were good enough. I managed my daily workout.
The staff at reception were not good. They seemed dismissive. I requested a room on a high floor but I received a room on the fourth floor. I was told I could not move.
