metro station arabic options
the location was convenient. it was near the metro station. the staff were eager to help. the breakfast choices included arabic options and various breads.
i found the pillows to be hard. i requested a change, but the replacements were similar. the hallway had a noticeable smell and i think deep cleaning of the carpets is necessary.

The hotel sits close to many hospitals. the room was quiet. staff at the hang out cafe were friendly. I liked their attitude.
The service was noticeably slower than usual. It was disappointing.

super clean room pillow selection great variety convenient location
The room was super clean and well-kept. I really liked the selection of pillows available in the room, it was great. Breakfast included a good variety of options. There was many things to choose. The location was convenient because it was near the hospital.
The room was sometimes noisy, and you can hear noises from the corridor.

adequate stay with some issues

incorrect order uncomfortable pillows
my room service order was incorrect. i asked for specific items but received something different. the duty manager said they would waive the charge but i was charged in full anyway. also the pillows were quite uncomfortable they seemed to be in two parts inside one case. it was not a pleasant experience.
