the location was convenient. it was near the metro station. the staff were eager to help. the breakfast choices included arabic options and various breads.
i found the pillows to be hard. i requested a change, but the replacements were similar. the hallway had a noticeable smell and i think deep cleaning of the carpets is necessary.

The hotel sits close to many hospitals. the room was quiet. staff at the hang out cafe were friendly. I liked their attitude.

The room was super clean and well kept. I really liked the selection of pillows available in the room, it was great. Breakfast included a good variety of options. There was many things to choose. The location was convenient because it was near the hospital.
The room was sometimes noisy, and you can hear noises from the corridor.

The staff was friendly and helpful . One service staff always had a smile and was ready to assist. This makes a big difference. The team was very cute when I arrived to the hotel.

incorrect orderuncomfortable pillows
my room service order was incorrect. i asked for specific items but received something different. the duty manager said they would waive the charge but i was charged in full anyway. also the pillows were quite uncomfortable they seemed to be in two parts inside one case. it was not a pleasant experience.

the room itself was acceptably clean and functional.
The staff really let the place down. the breakfast discount promised online was not honored. The server claimed i was not entitled to it despite showing the email confirmation, and no one seemed to have product knowledge. furthermore, the air conditioning was ineffective. It was difficult to get the room temperature comfortable, and i found myself sweating during the night
