my stay wasn't exactly a disaster, but i definitely expected more for what i paid. the room felt quite basic, not much beyond the bare essentials. the blinds were old and let in a lot of light in the morning (which is not ideal if you fancy a lie-in).

The location was excellent. It made it easy to get around. the room was quite spacious and always kept very clean by the staff. I found the service great. breakfast was sumptuous each morning, it had a varied and high-quality selection.

the location provided convenient access to multiple train stations. several exquisite bars and restaurants were within walking distance. oxford street and the premium shopping area were also easily accessible by foot.

the room included a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. ample storage space was available. the room was regularly cleaned, and the room service was prompt. the room secure hotel too!

A complimentary drink voucher for two was provided upon arrival. i saw taxis readily available outside. the hotel offered valet parking. This added convenience. i found that the concierge was very helpful too.

i received an upgrade to a family suite it was the nicest hotel room i have seen in some time i wished to stay longer the location is amazing i was told that my room was ready and it was a nice upgrade checking in was helpful and organized

when i first entered the hotel i felt judged by the receptionist who was quite rude the experience seemed very classist however the receptionist on our departure was pleasant
