central location multiple options excellent shower

the location is central with easy access to transportation. breakfast offered multiple options daily and was well organized. rooms had an excellent shower and were clean. the bar has happy hour from 6-7 daily and the food is good especially the pizza

the mini fridge in the room did not keep the drinks cold.

The location offered easy access to the underground station! The breakfast buffet had many options, which i enjoyed thoroughly. My room was clean. I really appreciated the diligent housekeeping service.

The gym's weekend hours were somewhat limited. I hoped to exercise early, but it opened later than i needed. This affected my fitness routine .

the room offered a coffee machine and kettle for hot drinks. zaika, the usher, was very professional and friendly. public transport was easily accessible from the location. the location was quiet.

the health club charged an additional fee. it felt deceptive. i would avoid it in the future, especially since they did not offer a refund.

i found the staff quite helpful. specifically, cima assisted us during breakfast, and she was very kind. i appreciated her knowledge and overall hosting skills.

my room was not perfect. housekeeping knocked on the door quite early, around 9am, to clean the room (checkout is midday!). i also had some trouble getting two single beds for my daughter and me.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of foods. The fitness center included a warm pool and aqua classes. Staff members, especially Mr Santosh at reception, were attentive and helpful (a cute experience!).
