The riverside location is amazing, offering convenient access to shops and entertainment. the nautical theme made the lobby interesting. the staff were also great, and the rooms are modern. i really loved having an umbrella in the room for those unpredictable days. It was a thoughtful touch.
i found that there was only one bathrobe provided in the room.

the location next to the river thames offered nice scenery. the room had convenient refill water stations, a detail i value. the staff assisted with early check-in due to travel disruptions i experienced. i enjoyed the 12th-floor bar, finding the nighttime view particularly nice.

i found the location super. the design throughout the hotel impressed me. the views from the rooftop bar were amazing, with a great perspective of the area.
the lobby felt a little chaotic upon arrival. the mattress in my room wasn't completely level, and that affected my sleep quality slightly.

i appreciated the prime location, close to many thames bridge crossings. underground tube stations are conveniently located just 500m away. numerous bars and restaurants are nearby. the hotel's proximity made exploring very easy.
i found that only two bottles of water were available in the room, which didn't quite meet my expectations for luxury.

The breakfast had amazing pancakes prepared especially for my son. This created a nice experience. the room service menu features dishes from the hotel restaurant. the food was AMAZING!!!
