Truly Relaxing Getaway

The superior room was spacious. The reception team offered really good service , eager to assist with any requests. The restaurant and bar staff were always friendly.
The jacuzzi near the pool was only lukewarm and lacked working bubbles , needing to be fixed . It impacted the overall spa experience and I hope to see this resolved on my next visit.

I loved the apartments that backed right onto the golf course. It really enhanced my stay. the staff were very helpful, and i found a good pub just down the road. my apartment was clean. I really appreciated that. the staff's helpfulness really stood out to me, too.
i didn't get a great time slot for the spa when i booked it, so my experience was a bit limited.

The reception team proved very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff was polite and friendly. The grounds and accommodations seemed grand.
Buggies were only allowed on paths, I received no warning in the pro shop. Every bunker was marked as ground under repair. Golf without bunkers felt pointless.

the rooms were spacious and super clean. i found all the staff in every area friendly and helpful. i would especially like to mention sue on reception, she bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. She is an absolute star!
the gym was a bit crowded at peak times.

the health club boasts a fully equipped gym, i noticed it has three treadmills! and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section, it seems perfect for relaxation.

My room included two separate sinks, made getting ready much easier, i thought. the rainfall shower was fantastic. It was really enjoyable. the bed was comfortable, and i slept very well.
