big room close proximity missing bathrobe delayed service
The room was a Manor House King or Queen Room. I found it close to the restaurant and other facilities. The room was big enough for both working and relaxing..
I noticed not enough bath robes in the room for the guests. I had to ask for extra ones. there were not enough cups for tea, and it took over an hour to get one cup after asking for more.

fresh buffet clean area indoor space
Breakfast featured a hot buffet that was consistently fresh, even during peak hours. The pool area includes both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation. I found the changing area very clean.
The shower pressure was a little low, making it slightly difficult to rinse thoroughly.

Decent Stay , but Some Issues
buffet refill slow internet
the breakfast buffet was not consistently refilled , and several items ran out before the end of service. i found the room service menu quite limited , especially for vegetarian options. there was also a noticeable delay in receiving my order one evening. the advertised high-speed internet was spotty and slow at times .

peaceful walkways walled garden immaculate spa no air conditioning missing tissue box missing shaving kit
the gardens had peaceful walkways. i especially enjoyed the largest walled garden i have ever seen. the spa facilities are immaculate. the pool and jacuzzi were also very clean.
my room lacked air conditioning. i also found no tissue box in the bathroom. i expected a toothbrush with toothpaste and a shaving kit to be provided. this is common in many marriott hotels.

nice hotel stay
large room clean bathroom comfortable bed
the room was large, light, and well-decorated. a clean bathroom includes lounge chairs and a table. the bedding was lovely and the bed comfortable. a nice tea tray provides kettle and fridge facilities.
the hotel had mowers operating right next to it at 6am on sunday. it created very noisy conditions early in the morning. i found it disturbed my sleep.

the staff showed efficient service, answering questions quickly and professionally. they were helpful with directions and provided assistance with luggage. they also arranged transportation for me.
