I was disappointed that the staff seemed unwelcoming. Except for one receptionist, they did not smile or greet guests. It felt more like a chain hotel than a luxury hotel.

The location is superb. I found it very easy to walk to many attractions. My room was super clean and spacious. The fitness center had all the equipment I needed for my workouts.
The noise from the bathroom was quite noticeable whenever water was running I found this disruptive. Some staff members did not seem particularly cute I did not feel they were happy to help. The concierge was unable to assist with securing tickets to the Harry Potter studio, despite prior assurances.

the hotel is in a great spot. it made exploring easy. the room was super clean and finished to a high standard, i was charmed by the attention to detail in the suite. the view of the strand was a delight too.
The bar staff were not very friendly. they were actually quite rude. their tune changed after they knew i was staying at the hotel. the wi-fi connection was unreliable and slow. It often dropped.
