quality furniture acceptable furniture unwelcoming staff rude staff
The room had quality furniture and amenities, acceptable.
I was disappointed that the staff seemed unwelcoming. Except for one receptionist, they did not smile or greet guests. It felt more like a chain hotel than a luxury hotel.

convenient location super clean room well-equipped fitness center bathroom noise unwelcoming staff unhelpful concierge
The location is superb. I found it very easy to walk to many attractions. My room was super clean and spacious. The fitness center had all the equipment I needed for my workouts.
The noise from the bathroom was quite noticeable whenever water was running I found this disruptive. Some staff members did not seem particularly cute I did not feel they were happy to help. The concierge was unable to assist with securing tickets to the Harry Potter studio, despite prior assurances.

a decent stay
great spot high standard rude staff unreliable wi-fi
the hotel is in a great spot. it made exploring easy. the room was super clean and finished to a high standard, i was charmed by the attention to detail in the suite. the view of the strand was a delight too.
The bar staff were not very friendly. they were actually quite rude. their tune changed after they knew i was staying at the hotel. the wi-fi connection was unreliable and slow. It often dropped.

grateful stay!
central location excellent service comfortable bed
the location was very central. the staff provided an excellent service. i was able to access my room straight away upon arrival. the king bed and seating area were comfortable and i found high quality towels.

the room included dyson hair dryers, ghd straighteners, and natura bisse cleansers. lovely homemade chocolates were provided in the evening. the room was generally of high quality.

upgraded suite separate area
The hotel upgraded us to a suite. It had a separate living area. The room service was prompt. Meals arrived within 20 minutes. I found the housekeeping very efficient and thorough. The room was super clean each day.

The hotel is situated close to Covent Garden. Access to theaters and shops is very easy. Waterloo Bridge is a short walk away. It provides nice views. The neighborhood felt safe. Walking at night was comfortable.

Front desk staff offered quick assistance upon arrival. Check-in took less than 10 minutes. The concierge provided helpful directions. Finding nearby attractions was simple. Restaurant staff were attentive. Ordering was efficient.
