i loved the spacious room it had such a comfy bed. the room's decor was great i liked the view over the thames it felt very relaxing. i can't wait to return soon i enjoyed my stay so much

i noticed a slight drain smell in the bathroom it was a bit unpleasant. i told the front desk about it the team member provided an air freshener. i thought a better solution would have been more appropriate

The restaurant was great. I would highly recommend the veg biryani it was delicious.

The light system is over complicated in the room. You have to press multiple buttons multiple times just to get a light on or off. considering it's winter, i'd hoped for a nice warm and cosy room, unfortunately the main room was cold all night, and the temperature control for the room didn't seem to work.

The staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness. They readily assisted with cutlery and plates when I brought takeaway food. (Their proactive service was a welcome surprise). I observed the hotel catering effectively to diverse dietary needs with plentiful vegetarian and halal options. The room offered generous space and i found it excellent. Breakfast had great options.

The television offered only freeview channels and no casting options. I missed having more entertainment choices.

The staff anticipated guest needs and offered assistance without being asked. I saw the reception team handle check-in efficiently and kinda. Restaurant staff looked attentive, providing prompt service during meal times.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was especially nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. I appreciated the easy car access for drop-off and pick-up. It made coming and going very convenient. The spa was free to use, but I had to pay for treatments, clearly communicated.

My room was far from any tube station. Public transportation required bus connections.

The breakfast included a Jura-coffee machine and the egg dishes were freshly made upon request. It was great. I enjoyed the fresh coffee and custom-made eggs each morning before my day began. I am grateful for this.

The hotel has spa facilities. I found the communal seating area airy and relaxing. The hotel's cleanliness was also quite striking, and cleaners are constantly present, which maintains the super clean condition of the premises.
