mixed experience at the hotel

slow service long queue
the staff were very friendly and helpful .
i had issues with the service at dinner it was very slow to seat us even though we had reserved a table. getting drinks were a pain the queue was long. we ended up skipping dessert because it had been so long since we ordered our starter.

Wonderful Hen Weekend Getaway

relaxed ambiance friendly staff really good breakfast amazing views
The staff had a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and . I enjoyed using the pool, spa pool and sauna and steam rooms after check out. I especially appreciated Kellie. She kept offering drinks on Friday afternoon and showed really good sales skills. I found the grounds lovely. I could enjoy beautiful landscapes.
The pillows were too soft and , made it difficult to get comfortable. I would have preferred firmer support.

water stain tired decor
the architecture was beautiful, and the hotel had nice spa facilities.
my room was disappointing. the decor felt tired. i saw an extensive water stain on the pelmet above the window. it looks pretty bad.
