fantastic revisited gem
central location charming cafe elegant bathroom attentive service
the location is great and central to everything. i found the sidewalk cafe charming and the bar cozy. the room, a luxury king room, had thoughtful design touches, and i enjoyed the elegant bathroom. housekeeping was flawless, and i appreciated the attentive service, especially the electric outlet by the mirror for my hair dryer!
the only slight inconvenience i encountered was a minor delay during check-in, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

the hotel is near westminster sites, covent garden, and tube stations. it sits on a quiet square. this provides a haven. the location really is superb.

i used the gym. it had enough equipment for a complete workout. while not very big, it met my needs. the hotel bar was lovely too.

the staff members were very nice and considerate. they were also kind. they cannot do enough to. i saw the doorman greet a guest with water after his run.

i was super impressed with my room! it had a nespresso machine and bottled water. the bed was generously sized. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there were nice toiletries too!!!
the wait for the elevator was occasionally a bit long, but it was a very minor issue.

The staff were great. they were helpful without being intrusive. everyone seemed eager to assist and. It really added to the experience.

The room was well kept and very clean. it included useful amenities like a hairdryer and a safe. the climate control system worked efficiently. It allowed me to adjust the temperature as needed.

noisy closet side view
The housecleaning staff was especially good. my room faced the side of an adjacent building. it was also next to the housecleaning closet, and it was noisy at times. i expected an excellent room for the price, but i didn't get it. i should have asked to see the room before checking in.

the location is very convenient, near many attractions. the staff were helpful in many instances. the rooms are also super clean, a nice feature.
i had some issues . the breakfast was quite expensive. the variety and quality of breakfast was not worth it for the price, unfortunately. the hotel showed some signs of age.

the location is really good. the afternoon tea in the rose lounge was excellent, and the menu easily adapted for vegetarians.
the entrance team acted rude. they asked me to move away and gave me arrogant looks, so i felt unwelcome.
