i found the staff to be very polite and accommodating . they upgraded my room and provided mineral water. the bathroom included a large bathtub and separate shower.
the rooftop area was closed for a private function, a minor detail i learned upon arrival. this affected room service speed that afternoon.

The hotel's location was great. It was NEAR transport links and various hotspots. My room, a dalston king, was very quiet. The staff provided an iron and ironing board upon my request.
The reception area seemed tired. It gave a strange first IMPRESSION.
