delicious dinnerefficient receptionkind lady
the staff was friendly. the dinner was delicious and beautifully presented each evening. the chef created very good food. the hotel was immaculate and secure. the reception staff was super efficient. the lady who checked me in was both kind and professional.
The restaurant should have a fryer suitable for vegetarians. The taste of fish fat is unpleasant to someone who doesn't want that taste.

beautiful venueprompt staffbreakfast itemsmart tvs
the venue was set up beautifully. waiting staff got everybody's meals out promptly, the food was fabulous, considering the large number of guests. our bedroom had everything you could need, including tea, coffee, and toiletries. breakfast was buffet style and offered every conceivable item.
the tv did not offer netflix or amazon prime. freeview and youtube were available. i had to download an app to screencast, though it did not work after wasting an hour. most hotels have smart tvs now.

wilfred's restaurant, bertram and the lounge provide varied options. food quality was consistently top notch across all dining venues. chiefs there deserve recognition for their culinary skills and care.
