easy check-inluggage service
The hotel offered easy check-in. My baggage was picked up from the station. I found this a great idea. Messages were sent before arrival regarding bedding and luggage. Questions about local pubs were answered easily (I really wanted to know more about local places!).
A set of drawers next to the wardrobe would have helped. It would have saved me from living out of my suitcase for a few nights.

I was really touched by the baby extras, like the tipi and toys in the room. the hotel restaurant had really good food. i found the spa amazing, a real highlight of the trip. the staff were helpful. Every request was met with a smile.
i found a very slight issue with the room, the bathroom was a bit small for the bath size, this made it slightly awkward to use.

The hotel had excellent interiors and it gave me such a warm feeling. The room was nice and clean. I particularly appreciated the complimentary pantry. It was fully stocked with snacks and drinks. I was grateful for this thoughtful addition to my visit. I will consider a next time.
the staff are very friendly, but the parking situation is complicated. It is limited, so I recommend to book it earlier, otherwise, you must find a car park elsewhere.

the guest room included a four-poster bed with quality linens. The bathroom was spacious with complimentary toiletries provided. A Roberts radio was available in the room, and i am so glad for it.

the hotel's cocktail bar was gorgeous with GREAT friendly service. delicious drinks were available so i enjoyed that. the building's decor is beautiful and so stylish. it feels like a more relaxed yet HIGH-END hotel.
the parking situation is dire! it's very limited and only available to those who know to prebook. parking is VERY hard there and impossible the saturday before christmas. the rooms are quite small with ridiculous four post beds. you also have to navigate AROUND.
