I stayed at this hotel to celebrate a special occasion. the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the food was delicious and the spa was the nicest i have visited. It was one of the best short stays i have had. i found all the employees helpful and friendly.
the charge to use the outdoor pool and hot tubs felt steep at £25 per person. i felt it was cheeky to pay extra for that even as a resident. it's not a cheap hotel, and that is reflected in the quality but not when you have to pay for extras.

the staff were engaging and provided prompt assistance with requests. reception was particularly helpful with directions, and the concierge managed luggage efficiently. i found all members courteous.

the spa was really good i tried one of the budget packages all areas was clean the on site restaurant was useful breakfast offered a good variety of options. the staff were friendly i found them happy at work the food was excellent. i enjoyed the spa the treatments seemed great both breakfast and dinner were superb.

the staff was very friendly , and the grounds were well maintained with many rabbits. I received a lovely care package upon arrival, including a dog bed, towel, bowl, and treats, a nice touch. The hotel has more experienced staff, the bar staff and restaurant staff were really helpful, friendly and professional. I found the location to be perfect.

my winander club lime bedroom was light and comfortable , providing the perfect relaxing ambiance after a day outdoors. Coffee and water were available in the room , ensuring i could unwind with a refreshing beverage whenever i desired.
