the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was clean and warm with regular cleaning every 1-2 hours. the room was spacious and well-lit.

fantastic stay

i found the location superb it allowed easy exploration of the lake district. the views from my room were beautiful i enjoyed them every morning. the staff showed amazing friendliness and helpfulness . i also found the included breakfast provided good value.
the wi-fi signal in my room was sometimes weak making it hard to browse the internet.

I noted ample parking was available . This removed any stress related to finding a space. the pool area featured a dedicated section for children. This made it safer for families. the hotel also has a gym.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the pool was warm and clean. staff cleaned areas regularly. That was a big plus. the rooms were big and light.
the cooked breakfast took a long time to arrive. it would be good to have a speedier service.

the 'spa' is misleading there were limited times to use the pool this hotel seemed to think it was a water park i wouldn't dare call it a spa plus i had to tell them exactly when i wanted breakfast that felt controlling and unnecessary
