genuine warmththoughtful touchescalm atmosphere
the staff displayed very nice kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth to me and my family, i really appreciated that. thoughtful touches, including chocolates and wine, made my partner's birthday extra special. the views from the suite amazed me and the atmosphere was calm. i felt it was luxurious.
the daily breakfast service often felt chaotic, with queues and slow restocking of the buffet items. this minor inconvenience slightly impacted the morning experience.

The location of this hotel is advantageous to the city center. Everything was easily accessible from the hotel. I rented a car, and parking was complimentary (always a bonus). The staff worked diligently and offered assistance when needed.
The room decor seemed dated. The furniture looked old, and the tabletop was worn. The TV was basic, and its remote control malfunctioned. (I have seen better remotes in hotels.)

This hotel has obliging staff. They really accommodated me well . Beds felt comfortable, also rooms stayed quiet at night. The location proves convenient to the town center, also the beach are at walking distance.
The absence of robes in room makes using facilities difficult, however housekeeping brought robes upon request.

The hotel has a perfect location to the center. Everything felt assessable from the hotel. The ferry terminal stays very close. The marina and beach are also literally at walking distance.

The room include a large tv. The windows open easily. The air con was effective and quick. The room was spacious, clean and also quiet. The bed stay comfy for the entire stay.

The pool has a nice size and temperature. The outside bar and restaurant areas were busy. The hotel include a cinema complex. The parking was free which always a bonus when you hire a car.

The staff works hard every day. They are helpful when needed something. Reception staff also felt excellent. The check-in process was swift. The whole team are friendly, cute and helpful.
