friendly staffcomfortable bedfaulty toilethot tap
the staff were really friendly and helpful. the hotel smelt nice too. i found that the beds were really comfortable. very neat place.
the toilet didn't flush unless i held down the button. this resulted in the toilet not taking paper away the next day. the hot water tap in the sink was very hot.

i stayed in a standard double room and it had ample space. it was very clean throughout my stay! breakfast included a great selection of cereals from a buffet! hot food orders were taken by very attentive staff.
the window was permanently open i couldn't shut it.

the waiter service for breakfast has been replaced by a buffet. the evening set menu for full board seemed quite limited. i found out later i could choose from other menus for a small fee. many items were unavailable and the children's menu did not change each night.

the hotel had great parking available. my room included nice toiletries. the staff was always helpful . i had a great room overlooking the sea.
the bathroom lacked adequate shelving for personal items. the small shelf space made it difficult to store toiletries efficiently. i hope they consider adding more storage in the future.

the room had a nice sea view across the gardens to the pier. the bed was very comfortable and clean. i found the staff to be smiling and helpful even while working during the new year. the food at the gala dinner was really good.
