The breakfast offered a wide selection of items, I ESPECIALLY enjoyed the fresh fruit. The location was very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. My room was clean and well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable.
The parking fee was expensive, I paid £15 for 24 hours. Some channels on the tv didn't work. A few members of the staff were not very friendly or approachable, which I found disappointing.

the staff were helpful and friendly in all departments. i found the fridge in the room and the safe also in the room very useful.
the broken soap dispenser in the bathroom was not ideal. some of the shower tiles had turned black , and the silicone around the shower showed similar discoloration.

the room was a bit dated. it hadn't been cleaned properly! when i arrived there was a toe nail on the bathroom floor! and a previous guests hat left next to the shoe rack and mirror.

The hotel has a very nice traditional feel. i found the shower excellent with great power and warmth. The bathroom was a fair size. breakfast had plenty of choices. the location near local bars, restaurants, the cathedral, and the museum was quite convenient.
This was surprising, as i believed that as a paying guest, i would not need to pay extra to use them.

The location proved ideal, allowing convenient access to nearby attractions. the opulent entrance hall impressed me. the bathroom featured a modern design. air conditioning in the room maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I appreciated this feature especially.
i observed some slight wear and tear on the furniture in certain areas. it was minor, though noticeable.
