I found the staff helpful. They addressed all my needs with grace and efficiency. the location offered a tranquil retreat, with scenic views adding to the overall peaceful ambiance. i loved the access to the gin distillery. It offered a unique and fascinating experience. breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the food was AMAZING!!!
the cold water in the bathroom took a while to turn cold, a minor inconvenience.

gareth on reception helped ease the congestion, was super friendly. he talked us through the facilities. hotel room were in great order and the stay were as expected for a 4 star resort.
rooms, i feel like, were a little tired but very comfortable. the restaurant experience were a little disappointing. i had french fries in the bar the previous night but they refused when i ask them again in the restaurant.
