The staff was friendly. I found the breakfast good.
The room door stuck! It made a loud BANG. Two single duvets covered the king-size bed. This REALLY annoyed me. The water pipes made horrible noises, often around midnight.

the room was a classic double room, and it was very clean. bottled water and ground coffee were nice extras. the staff were kind each time i spoke to someone.
the floorboards in my room creaked pretty loudly.

I found the staff to be SO friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was super easy to walk everywhere. I also REALLY enjoyed the breakfast (it had SO many options!).
The wifi was not great. I had trouble getting a stable connection. There also wasn't any air conditioning, so the room felt a bit stuffy. I found the bathroom a little dated and small, too.

The staff was friendly. I was addressed by my first name, and requests were handled helpfully. The location across from the train station was quite convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
The room was somewhat noisy with sounds from inside the building. I heard other guests walking around. Street noise was also noticeable. The bathroom was small. The shower entrance seemed tight for larger individuals.

the location was good as it was close to the train station.
The shower dispensers did not work at all. I was unable to use body wash. there was no hot water available, even after letting the shower run for 20 minutes. the room was also too hot. The radiator's temperature could not be adjusted.
