the room was a good size. it had all the usual amenities. the heating and ventilation worked well! the bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet at night.
the images made me think guests could use the outdoor pool, but it costs extra. it was misleading

The secret escape deal including dinner, bed, breakfast, and afternoon tea is highly recommended! the room allocated to me was quite spacious. a lovely view of the gardens was available from my courtyard room. the brasserie offered excellent service and food. Both exceeded my expectations.
the room felt dusty, and the handle detached from the bathroom door! wi-fi signal strength was poor, it made it difficult to work.

the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean. i found them pleasant to use. the destination spa looked very nice. public areas have ample seating both inside and out, so it was always easy to find a space.

The room was generally very clean. fresh towels, toiletries, and tea and coffee were left by the door daily. This was thoughtful. hot water was readily available, even though the shower pressure was a bit weak, but i appreciated the prompt service.

I appreciated the location a lot. The grounds were fine. The breakfast included good quality ingredients (the pastries especially).
The absence of air conditioning in the room. the WiFi signal was quite weak, a bit inconvenient. A fan would definitely improve the comfort during warmer months.
