the staff was super friendly and helpful.. i especially liked the blankets for my dog. the welcome treats and bowls provided. the grounds looked well maintained and i noticed a games room available. i found the room clean and cozy.

The pillows were a bit too thin. I didn't find them very comfortable. also, the channels on the tv were quite limited. i was hoping for a wider selection to relax with in the evening. the dining area was also very busy. this made meal times a bit stressful.

the room was lovely and modern. i loved having a bath and a shower, it was nice. the staff were lovely too, so helpful and polite.
the restaurant was not good because it caused a delay to getting food out for other guests. i could see other unhappy customers complaining, it wasn't good. i tried to remain patient, but the food took an hour to arrive.

i had a wowcher deal, so i got a complimentary evening meal on the first night, and it was superb. our room was very clean, and the bathroom looked like new. there was a games room, though the snooker table showed some wear (it seems it's used quite a bit). the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices.
the snooker table in the games room was a little worn.

the receptionists were helpful and efficient. my husband arranged for flowers to be sent for my birthday, and the receptionists arranged them in a vase. they even put them in our room for me.

I found the staff friendly! dog treats were provided. It was a very dog-friendly hotel with huge grounds. dogs were welcome at the bar too. breakfast offered a wide variety and the rooms felt very spacious. i liked the sunny patio and how easy parking was!

The location was convenient near key roads. Car parking had ample spaces with easy access to the rooms. I found many places to sit, in the bar or away for more peace. The grounds provide space for a stroll before dinner.
