Historic Charm, HUGE Rooms!

I loved the Titanic theme. My room was very spacious and included two double beds. A kitchen with a table, two large sofas, and a large jacuzzi bath was very great. The location is great for the docks and the Liverpool One area.

the air conditioning unit showed an error upon arrival. apparently, housekeeping didn't check it thoroughly. reception was notified twice starting at 5 pm. this was not fixed by check-out, and there was no apology. not satisfactory for the room rate, really.

the rooms are huge and boast great amenities. i found the reception staff to be so lovely. the hotel's central location meant i could easily walk to the city centre. also the natural light in the room.
I found a small amount of dust in some areas. It wasn't anything major though.

The room was very spacious and included large sofas! I could properly relax there. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch! The location was perfect. I could easily wander around the shops and restaurants. The receptionist was great and very helpful during check-in.

the location was acceptable as it allowed convenient access to nearby facilities.
the room lacked basic amenities such as a working telephone and sufficient lamps. the air conditioning did not function properly causing discomfort. additionally a noticeable smell of sewage permeated the room indicating a problem with the plumbing.
