the room included complimentary bottled water, which i found helpful. the location offered an easy walk to the main centre and the river front.
i found the pillows to be less comfortable than i expected.

the staff was very helpful holding my luggage after checkout. my room had a spacious layout and it included nice city views. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i found the overall cleanliness to be quite satisfactory

the room was spacious, boasting comfortable beds. moorfields metro station is a short walk. the proximity to the waterfront was convenient. the central area is easily reachable with a small walk.
i had an issue with the air conditioning, as i couldn't switch it off, a bit inconvenient.

some issues
poor a c faulty door pass
The room was way too hot. the air conditioning didn't work properly. It barely made a difference. also, the room door pass failed twice. i found it quite irritating each time i had to go back to reception to get it fixed. it really disrupted my schedule.
