i LOVED the convenient location, just two minutes from town. the gym is GREAT, and i loved the pool and restaurant. there is a Starbucks on the hotel, which WORKS really well!
i found only two cups in the room for four people and not enough tea or coffee. also, BREAKFAST finished SO early. we turned up at 9:05, and breakfast finished at 9:00. SO disappointing!

The staff greeted me with smiles, and directions were clear. I booked dinner easily and the free phone was great for taxi arrangements. The room had all I needed, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel provide good facilities, and the gym and pool appear new. The TVs are huge for sports. The darts game in the bar area added more fun to the evenings. I thank the staff for making it a great trip.
The room only had a roller blind that let in lots of light, which wasn't ideal.

Sammy and Courtney gave me the best welcome after my long workday. They were helpful and informative. I felt they wanted to. Christine was also a pleasure to meet upon my departure.
Two single beds were pushed together in my room. A wedding party continued until 1 AM. I could hear everything since I was on the first floor. I paid for a late checkout but I used it to catch up on sleep.

I stayed with my son. I needed a room near his, and the staff were friendly. Christine Rose met us and was very cute. She helped me with extra bookings online and told me about the hotel's amenities. James at the front desk helped secure a room when I missed one night.
On one side, the sign was obvious. On the other, it was hidden around a corner. I only saw stairs to the reception first, and it took me a moment to realize there was another corridor.
