i found a lovely bar area that had plenty of room. the outside space was great to relax in. food was lovely and i enjoyed this a lot. the service from everyone was great to me.

the service was really great during my work trips. the food choices were good, and the staff helped me always. i ate at the breakfast buffet every morning. julie and beth were both upbeat and provided great service at every breakfast.
i noticed some scratched and dirty glasses in the restaurant, though everything else was satisfactory.

the room was very dated. it was dusty and had mould in the bathroom. half the spa facilities did not work.

The room lacked USB charging points and a phone for reception contact. My key card also stopped working more than once. This proved an inconvenience.
