I suffer with serious allergies, the attention i received was excellent. the hotel is clean and stylish. There is an ample amount of loungers, and our treatments were relaxing. the restaurant served a delicious evening meal, and the breakfast was the best i have had in a while. i will visit again.
I found that the internal toilet door handle was very loose. It was close to coming off in my hand? the bedside wall lamp was not working, and the floor lamp was also not working. these issues were reported, yet remained unrepaired for days. i would like some kind of feedback from the hotel, please.

the spa has a lovely swimming pool and a sauna for relaxation! the pool area has ample loungers and large windows that let natural light. there is free wi-fi throughout the hotel for all guests.

the staff were very careful to ensure those who had dietary requirements received the correct food! the reception staff were friendly and helpful and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. the hotel staff were generally attentive to my needs.

I appreciated the staff being cute and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. the spa facilities were a definite highlight, offering relaxation opportunities. there was an excellent choice at breakfast and the bar, complemented by great service and attentiveness from the staff.

the beautiful double room i had was spacious and very clean. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, though the pillows were a little firm. the bathroom facilities were also clean, with fluffy towels and hot water.

billing systemlong conversation
The new billing system was a bit much! Full payment was taken upfront plus £50 for incidentals. Then at checkout, the whole amount charged again! I was told the initial payment would be refunded later. Utter nonsense. The whole process caused confusion and a rather long conversation with the receptionist. Honestly, it reminded me of a comedy sketch.

The room was clean. the swimming pool and steam room were nice extras. it was about a ten minute drive to the centre. i would definitely stay again. It was a nice location.
The labrynth like hallways and staircases were difficult for someone with walking issues.

I just ate a fabulous meal in the restaurant. Drinks in the bar were offered by mat. abi and patryk looked after us in the restaurant. the surprise birthday treat for our friend was appreciated.

The hotel has a games room and spa facilities. Massages were excellent. the discount on the elemis products was a great touch. rally helped us with lunch and treatment choices. She was friendly.

Rooms were immaculate. The rooms have hand wash, soap, shower gel, and a kettle. our room was super clean and cozy. It was a superior room with a coffee maker and fridge with complimentary drinks.

i really enjoyed the convenience of free parking . the staff were really good, particularly laura and aziz in the restaurant. i found it a great base for exploring the midlands too.
the hallways were quite noisy early in the morning.
